* GUN RAFFLE RULES *
-Each ticket purchase will qualify as one entry into the raffle.
-By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess any gun(s) won, have intention of using the gun(s) only in a safe and legal manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of any gun(s) won.
-You must be 21 years old and a legal resident of the United States to enter in to the drawing.
-All firearm transfers will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply.
-Winners must redeem their gun(s) around the Corbin, Kentucky vicinity agreed to by a representative of the raffle host.
-In the event winners need or wish to have the gun(s) won transferred to their local FFL dealer, shipping and any other additional costs involved with the transfer will be the responsibility of the winner, and arrangements must be made directly between the winner and a representative of the raffle host.
-If a winner is drawn who lives in a community that does not allow that particular firearm, a store credit of $300 will be issued to the winner in lieu of the gun at a outdoor store near the Corbin Kentucky vicinity choose by a representative of the raffle host.
-Guns are not transferable. The person designated on the ticket must claim the gun.
-If a winner is unable to pass the Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) background check and appeal, no prize will be awarded.
-Winners may be listed by name on social media, websites, newspapers, or other media.
-Winners will be notified by telephone. In the event that the representative of the raffle host are unable to contact the winner, it is the sole responsibility of the winner to contact the representative of the raffle host to claim their gun.
-All guns must be claimed, and transfer completed within 30 days of the drawing date. Any guns not claimed will become the property of the raffle host.
-No warranty of the firearm(s) is made by the raffle host. Winners are to deal directly with the manufacturer or dealer in the event of problems.
-The liability of the Homeplate, Inc., its Members, and the raffle host, are limited to the purchase price of the ticket obtained.
-Tickets are non-refundable, including those where the winner’s background check fails to pass.
